Ahmed Mohamad is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2015 and practices in the business, litigation and insurance coverage and recovery groups.
Ahmed earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 2011, where he was named to the Chancellor’s and Dean’s Lists. He earned his J.D./C.L., magna cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2015, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Board. Ahmed was named to the Chancellor’s List, was a Paul M. Hebert Scholar, and received the CALI award in Legal Research & Writing, Louisiana Law of Obligations (Contracts), Sales and Real Estate Transactions, and Louisiana Security Devices and Survey. He was also the Judge John R. Brown National Admiralty Law Moot Court National Champion, awarded the Maritime Law Association of the United States Award for the Brest Brief, Ira S. Flory Trial Champion, and Tullis Moot Court finalist.
