Ben Jumonville advises companies of all sizes and stages of development through all types of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, entity formation, and loan agreements. Listed among the “Ones to Watch” in The Best Lawyers in America, Ben brings proven skill to negotiating, documenting, and closing complex lower and middle market M&A and oil and gas-related offshore and midstream deals. He also guides entrepreneurs and start-ups through the legalities of establishing, operating, and developing fast-growth companies.
Ben handles formation matters, employment agreements, services agreements, and organizational documents for companies across a diverse range of industries and business sectors, including small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups that rely upon him to establish the legal foundation they need to attract the critical financing and development arrangements to thrive. He also guides lenders and debt purchasers through legal due diligence, collateral review, and opinion letters and has experience advising companies on the preparation of procurement and construction agreements.

- Assisted in the representation of a publicly traded pipeline company in connection with a $250+ million divestiture of pipelines and certain industrial facilities.
- Represented a grocery store chain in the acquisition of a local store and negotiation of a shopping center lease agreement.
