Brad Schlotterer practices in the admiralty, maritime and energy law practice groups at Kean Miller LLP. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation involving the energy, pipeline, shipping and maritime industries. He received his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1995 and his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University in 1991. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the New Orleans (Energy Litigation Section), Louisiana State (Natural Resources and Energy Section), American and Federal (Federal - Energy Section) Bar Associations, and the John M. Duhe, Jr. American Inn of Court (Charter Member, 1997-1999).
