About Chase Zachary
Chase Zachary joins the firm as an associate in the Baton Rouge office. He practices in the environmental and commercial litigation groups. Prior to joining the firm, Chase served as a law clerk for the Honorable David B. Sentelle at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Chase earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 2006. He earned his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 2011 and earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2014, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Florence Allen Scholar, a Richard L. Posen Scholar, and a Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.

About Jeffrey Gelpi
Jeff Gelpi joins the firm as an associate in the New Orleans office.  He will practice in the environmental and commercial litigation groups. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carl J. Barbier of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Jeff earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2012 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2015, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Tulane Law Review.

About Beau Bourgeois
Beau Bourgeois joins the firm as an associate in the Baton Rouge office.  He will practice in the commercial litigation and construction groups. Beau earned his B.S.M., cum laude, from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman and his J.D./D.C.L., summa cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2016, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.

About Lauren Rucinski
Lauren Rucinski joins the firm as an associate in the Baton Rouge office.  She will practice in the environmental regulatory group. Lauren earned her B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2013 and her J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2016, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Louisiana Law Review.

About Max Kallenberger
Max Kallenberger joins the firm as an associate in the Baton Rouge office.  He will practice in the business and corporate group. Max earned his B.S., cum laude, from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2013 and his J.D./D.C.L., cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2016, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.
