Kean Miller LLP Team Challenges Private Investigator's Ruling

A Kean Miller LLP team representing Redflex Traffic Systems, the provider of camera traffic enforcement programs in Baker and Lafayette, Louisiana has filed legal challenges to a ruling from the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners (LSBPIE). The LSBPIE had ruled that our client's SafeSpeed program operators were acting as private investigators and that they should be licensed under state regulations.
