Gina Banks is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2004 and practices in the commercial litigation, toxic tort, and municipal law groups. Prior to joining Kean Miller, Gina was an associate in the litigation section of a large New Orleans-based law firm. Gina has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including commercial leases, bankruptcy and workouts, successions, debt collection matters, garnishments, foreclosures, civil rights, oil and gas, and in cases involving the construction industry.

Education

Gina earned her law degree from the LSU Law Center in May 2001 where she was a member of the LSU Tullis Moot Court Board, and the Wex S. Malone Inns of Court. She earned her B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1998.
