Jeff Boudreaux is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2000 and practices in the commercial litigation group. Jeff represents clients in Louisiana and Texas state courts, federal and tribal courts and in arbitration and administrative proceedings.
Jeff's practice focuses primarily on commercial clients in commercial and industrial construction disputes, commercial litigation and IT and consumer class actions. He also has extensive experience representing teachers and school administrators in administrative and legal proceedings. Jeff serves as outside general counsel or Louisiana counsel for several local, regional and national businesses.

- Representation of telecommunications company in class action involving allegations of consumer misrepresentation and fraud.
- Representation of chemical company in industrial construction dispute involving original construction of multimillion dollar production unit.
- Representation of IT Corporation in multimillion dollar product liability suit in federal court.
- Representation of IT Corporation in multimillion dollar commercial litigation in federal court.
- Representation of national manufacturer of mobile housing in connection with proposed national products liability class action alleging mold and mildew claims.
- Representation of commercial construction companies, owners, and design professionals in suits alleging defective performance, defective design, and toxic mold in state court, federal court, and tribal courts.
- Representation of National Grocer in consumer class action.
- Representation of international pipeline transportation and energy storage company in multi-million dollar pipeline design defect litigation.
Education
Jeff earned his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 2000 where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He earned his B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1996.
