Bill Caughman is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 1993 and practices in business and corporate, real estate, intellectual property and litigation. Bill represents clients in a wide variety of business and corporate transactions including complex commercial real estate matters, business and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate formations. He regularly represents banks and financial institutions, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and lenders. Bill also represents clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition matters, involving transactions such as registration, licensing, asset purchases and sales, and business reorganizations, as well as in litigation matters.

Education

Bill earned his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University. He earned his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1993.
