Education
Brett earned his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2002. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in May 2005 from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review and Loyola Moot Court. While at Loyola, Brett received several honors and awards, including the Judge S. Sanford Levy Best Brief Award and Memorial Scholarship, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocate Award, and the Law Excellence Awards for Federal Civil Procedure, Trial Practice, and Louisiana Obligations.Admissions
