Carol Galloway is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2000 and practices in the firm's litigation and toxic tort defense group. She has extensive experience in the Louisiana chemical industry and assists clients with regard to litigation strategy and litigation management.

Education

Carol earned her B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1980 and her J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1985. She also earned a M.S.W. from Tulane University Graduate School of Social Work in 1990. She served as a Judicial Clerk to the Hon. Frank J. Polozola, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Louisiana, from 1998 to 2000. She served as a Pro Se Staff Attorney to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Louisiana, from 1996 to 1998 and as a Staff Attorney for the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals from 1994 to 1996. She served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Thomas M. Brahney, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, from 1988 to 1989 and as a Staff Attorney for the Hon. James Kerr, Jr., U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, from 1986 to 1988.
