Theresa Hagen is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She practices in the labor and employment group and advises and represents local, regional, and national clients in matters involving federal and state employment discrimination laws such as Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and the ADEA. She has experience in cases involving alleged unlawful harassment and discrimination, retaliation, family and medical leave issues, wage payment actions, and other employment issues.

Theresa served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Downing, Nineteenth Judicial District Court of Louisiana, from 1989 to 1991.

Education

Theresa earned her B.A. from Northeast Louisiana State University in 1977 and her J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1989.
