Kimberly Hymel is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2004 and practices in the energy, pipeline and commercial litigation groups. After graduating from the LSU Law Center, Kimberly served as a law clerk to Judge James J. Brady, U.S. District Court Judge for the Middle District of Louisiana. She also served as a law clerk to Judge A. Clayton James (pro tempore) and Judge Ian W. Claiborne (pro tempore) of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, and most recently as a law clerk to Judge John V. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

Kimberly earned her law degree from the LSU Law Center in 2001 where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. She earned her B.A. in Anthropology, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 1997.
