Kimberly K. Hymel

Kimberly Hymel is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2004 and practices in the energy, oil and gas, pipeline and commercial litigation groups. After graduating from the LSU Law Center, Kimberly served as a law clerk to the Hon. James J. Brady, U.S. District Court Judge for the Middle District of Louisiana. She also served as a law clerk to Hon. A. Clayton James (pro tempore) and Hon. Ian W. Claiborne (pro tempore) of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, and most recently as a law clerk to Hon. John V. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

Education

Kimberly earned her B.A. in Anthropology, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 1997. She earned her J.D. in 2001 from the LSU Law Center where she was a member of the Moot Court Board.
