Tara Montgomery Madison

Tara Montgomery Madison is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2004 and practices in the business litigation and intellectual property groups.  She has particular experience in trademark, copyright, trade dress, and trade secret matters, including copyright and trademark infringement litigation.

Education

Tara earned a B.A. in Mass Communication in 2001 from Louisiana State University where she was a University Medalist for maintaining a 4.0 grade point average. She earned her J.D. and her B.S. in Civil Law from the LSU Law Center in 2004 and was an Editor in Chief of the Louisiana Law Review. In law school she was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Chancellor's List and the Wex Malone Inns of Court.
