Linda Rodrigue is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She has been practicing law since 1989 and joined the firm in 1991. Linda is the senior attorney in the firm's health law regulatory group. She represents physicians, physician groups, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, physical therapists, rehabilitation agencies, physician assistants, other health care providers, and businesses that provide services to health care providers, in health law administrative, regulatory and litigation matters, qui tam cases, fraud and abuse, patient confidentiality and medical records issues, defense of Medicare and Medicaid audits, compliance and compliance investigations, reimbursement, HIPAA compliance, exclusion and reinstatement.  She also represents healthcare providers before numerous licensing boards, as well as before credentialing agencies such as managed care organizations and hospitals.

Linda is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Health Care Law; 2009, 2010).

• Defense of Louisiana physicians in federal False Claims Act litigation.
• Defense of physicians, dentists, pharmacy providers, home health agencies, mental health rehabilitation providers, and waiver providers in Medicare and Medicaid audits.
