Benn Vincent is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2005 and practices in the commercial litigation, toxic tort, and medical malpractice defense groups. He also represents clients in general liability and worker’s compensation litigation.

- Representation of physicians and hospitals in Medical Review Panel proceedings and in cases involving allegations of malpractice.
- Representation of companies and general liability carriers in cases involving personal injury tort claims.
- Representation of oil and gas companies in environmental litigation.
- Representation of owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction and lien litigation.
- Representation of commercial litigants in contract disputes.
Education
Benn earned his J.D. and B.C.L. from the LSU Law Center in 2003, where he was Chairman of the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Wex Malone Inns of Court, Phi Delta Phi, and Who's Who - American Law Students. Benn also attended American University in Washington, D.C. where he interned on Capitol Hill and he studied at L'Universite de Provence, Aix-Marseille, where he took International Law. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University in 2000.
