Kyle Bacon is an associate attorney in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller.  He joined the firm in March 2008 and practices in the business, corporate, and real estate groups.  Kyle's practice primarily involves advising and drafting agreements for businesses and their principals, regarding a variety of transactions, including entity-formation documents, shareholder and operating agreements, employment or consulting agreements, real-estate and merger and acquisition purchase agreements, and commercial leases. Prior to joining Kean Miller, he practiced business litigation with a well known law firm in Lafayette, Louisiana, representing businesses in commercial disputes involving corporate, contract, telecommunications, insurance, oil and gas and real estate interests. Immediately after law school, Kyle served as a law clerk to the Hon. F. A. "Pappy" Little Jr. in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Alexandria Division.

Education

Kyle earned his J.D. and B.C.L. from the LSU Law Center in 2003 where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.  He earned his B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2000.
