Kean Miller Hosts Baton Rouge CLE for Association of Corporate Counsel

Kean Miller will host the first Baton Rouge meeting of the Louisiana Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC-LA) on June 19, 2009.  The meeting, luncheon, and CLE presentation will provide an overview of bankruptcy and reorganization strategies designed to protect corporations in times of economic stress.  Topics covered will include issues surrounding bankruptcy and contracts; acquisitions from distressed sellers; pre-bankruptcy planning strategies for leases and contracts; and intellectual property strategies and bankruptcy tactics.  The program will be presented by Kean Miller partners Mack Gregorie, Dean Cazenave, Eric Lockridge, and Russel Primeaux.  

About the Association of Corporate Counsel – Louisiana Chapter:
