Lou Grossman is an associate attorney in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller.  He joined the firm in 2009 and practices in the environmental, energy and construction litigation groups.  Since being admitted to practice in 2003, he has handled disputes involving toxic exposures, environmental contamination and compliance, and complex commercial transactions.

• Representation of a Fortune 10 energy company in a variety of oil field legacy cases and related litigation.
• Representation of a global energy company in significant cases involving alleged personal injury due to Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM).

Education

Lou received his J.D. in 2003 from the University of Arizona - James E. Rogers College of Law.  He received his B.A. in 2000 from Colorado College.
