Lou Grossman is a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2009 and practices in the environmental, energy and construction litigation groups. Since being admitted to practice in 2003, he has handled disputes involving toxic exposures, environmental contamination and compliance, and complex commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Lou represented Class 1 and short line Railroads in crossing accident litigation, environmental disputes, and claims arising under the Federal Employer's Liability Act ("FELA"). He also assisted one railroad client in developing and implementing a comprehensive cost-recovery program.
