Bill Burst is an associate attorney in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller.  He joined the firm in 2009 and practices in the Admiralty and Maritime, Energy and Corporate Litigation groups.

EDUCATION

Bill received his J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he served as a member of the Loyola Law Review Board as a Comment/Casenote Editor.  Bill was also a Moot Court staff and team member placing first overall in the Intellectual Property and Privacy Law Moot Court Competition at John Marshall University Law School.  While at Loyola, Bill received several honors and awards including the LaNasa-Greco Providence Law Scholarship, the Martinez Scholarship, the Alvendia Scholarship, and the Law Excellence Award in both Legal Research and Writing and Moot Court.  Bill received his B.B.A., cum laude, in Business Administration from Northwood University with a triple major in Management, Banking and Finance, and Marketing.
