Jennifer McLean is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2010 and practices in the construction group.
Before joining Kean Miller, Jennifer was an attorney for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - Prison Enterprises where she conducted research and advised as to legal feasibility of Department actions and compliance with applicable laws; promulgated Department regulations; and performed contract review and preparation. She served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank Foil, First Circuit Court of Appeal and as a staff attorney on Central Staff of the First Circuit Court of Appeal.
