David Curtis Joins Kean Miller
Kean Miller LLP is pleased to announce that David P. Curtis has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the New Orleans office. Mr. Curtis will practice in the Legacy Litigation defense group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Curtis was an associate attorney with Liskow & Lewis, LLP in New Orleans.
About David Curtis
Mr. Curtis has experience representing clients in collection matters involving creditor’s rights, and representing clients in cases involving lease and pipeline matters, legacy oil field and property litigation, and other petrochemical and refiner related litigation. Prior to his legal career, he served as an Officer in the United States Navy from 1999-2003. During his service, Mr. Curtis served onboard the destroyer USS RAMAGE (DDG 61) during Operation Enduring Freedom in the Afghanistan War, and onboard the aircraft carrier USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN 71) during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Curtis received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he served on the Moot Court as the Trial Competition Co-Chairman, as well as editor of the National Journal of Space Law. Mr. Curtis received his B.S. in 1999 from Vanderbilt University.
