Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Robert C. “Bob” Schmidt has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Bob regularly assists employers of all sizes in developing and implementing pension and other employee benefit plans, and in regulatory and compliance issues involving those plans. He has drafted thousands of plans for all manner of businesses and publicly-traded and privately-held companies, and also has experience with governmental plans, such as 403(b) and 457 plans.
