William H. Priestley, Jr.

William Priestley is an associate in the Shreveport office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2014 and practices in the commercial litigation group. He practices primarily in the areas of municipal law, premises liability, insurance defense, and other civil litigation.


William earned his B.S. from Texas A&M University in 2001. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University in 2004, where he was selected for induction into the national business honor fraternity, Beta Gamma Sigma. William accumulated six years of commercial banking experience in Houston and Little Rock prior to becoming an attorney. He earned his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 2013, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Boards, representing the Law Center in several national trial competitions.
