Brad Schlotterer and Lauren Hoskin, Speakers at IEL Conference

Kean Miller partner Brad Schlotterer and senior associate Lauren Hoskin will speak at the Institute for Energy Law’s Upstream Oil & Gas Legal Conference held October 17. Brad will serve as the moderator for a panel discussing the end-of-life and decommissioning obligations for both onshore and offshore oil and gas wells, including the recent rulemaking on financial assurance for decommissioning. Lauren, along with Kevin Mark Visentin of Liberty Energy, will examine risk allocation, indemnity, and insurance provisions in common upstream contracts, as well discuss state anti-indemnity statutes.
