Sarah Anderson and Tod Everage Elected to the Partnership

About Sarah Anderson (Baton Rouge)
Sarah Anderson is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2011 and practices in the litigation and toxic tort groups. Sarah focuses her practice on assisting petrochemical companies in cases involving premises liability, products liability, personal injury involving chemical exposures, pipeline expropriation, and property acquisition litigation for expansion projects. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia Honors College in 2006, where she was a Distinguished Military Graduate, awarded the George C. Marshall award, and an Army ROTC scholarship. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2009, where she was awarded the Justice Fred A. Blanche, Jr. and Ernest N. Morial Scholarships. In 2014, Sarah graduated from US Army’s Judge Advocate Officer’s Advanced Course, where she earned a place on the Commandant’s List. Sarah is Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Louisiana School for the Deaf Foundation.

About Tod Everage (New Orleans)
Tod Everage is a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. He joined the firm in 2011 and practices in the maritime and oil and gas litigation groups. Tod’s experience also includes assisting clients in contract drafting, negotiations, and disputes, as well as general corporate matters. Tod has been listed as a Rising Star by Louisiana Super Lawyers, 2016 and 2017. He earned his B.A. in Biology from Louisiana State University in 2004 and earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009, where he was a William L. Crowe Scholar. Tod is a member of the Board of Directors for Lafayette Square Conservancy.
