Charlotte D. Nall

Charlotte Nall is Senior Counsel in the Houston office of Kean Miller, practicing in the areas of probate, trust, guardianship litigation and administration, and appellate law. In her practice, Charlotte provides legal analysis, case management, and related support in complicated trust, probate, and guardianship litigation. Her experience as a law clerk to Justice Phil Johnson at the Texas Supreme Court has given her valuable insight into the workings of the Texas court system. Charlotte is also experienced in appellate law and maintains a skillset in effectively and creatively writing briefs that make an impact on appellate judges. She is a recipient of the “Rising Stars” award from Texas Super Lawyers and has interned for both United States District Judge Gray Miller from the Southern District of Texas, and United States Bankruptcy Judge Jeff Bohm of the Southern District of Texas. Charlotte is a graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was Valedictorian of her graduating class.
