Farnaz Alms

Farnaz Alms is an associate in the Houston office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2022 and practices with the offshore energy and marine litigation group. Farnaz has experience representing clients in state and federal court in insurance defense litigation and real estate transactions.

She has handled cases through resolution with a focus on insurance defense, construction defect defense, legal malpractice defense, and FINRA litigation and financial fraud defense.

While in law school, Farnaz served as Special Edition Editor of the Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. She competed in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and was a Moot Court Society coach. Farnaz was also a member of the Business and Corporate Law Society.
