Hannah D. Robinson


Hannah Robinson is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2014 and practices in the business, corporate and real estate practice groups. Hannah represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, investors and lenders in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including acquisition and development, leasing, land use and zoning, title and survey matters and project finance.

Hannah is listed in The Best Lawyers in America as a One to Watch for 2021.

  • Represented Louisiana chemical manufacturer in connection with certain real estate aspects of the company's $2,100,000,000 membership interest sale
  • Represented an international distribution company in connection with the purchase and sale-leaseback financing and construction of a $28,000,000 food distribution center
  • Assisted Louisiana local real estate counsel team in conducting title and survey due diligence in connection with project financing for global chemical company's ethylene cracker facility in southwest Louisiana
  • Represented global chemical company in connection with acquisitions of real estate related to company’s multi-billion dollar project in southwest Louisiana
  • Represented national restaurant chain in connection with the acquisition and development of commercial real estate for company's operations
  • Represented Real Estate Investment Trust in connection with the refinancing of multiple shopping center locations in Louisiana
  • Represented commercial tenant in build-to-suit lease negotiations for office space location
  • Assisted client with entity formation and corporate governance agreements in connection with client's start-up art and design company
  • Acted as real estate counsel to international industrial client in connection with the company's plant expansion project

Hannah earned her B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2010. She earned her J.D./D.C.L., cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2014, where she received the CALI award for the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing II, Law of Wine and Seminar in Bioethics and was named as a Paul M. Hebert Scholar and to the Chancellor’s List.
