Jaye Calhoun, Speaker at Upcoming PLI Conference

Kean Miller Tax Partner Jaye Calhoun will speak at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s 2023 Tax Strategies Conference, taking place from December 6-8 at The Beverly Hilton. Jaye’s panel, State and Local Tax Issues in Corporate M&A Transactions, will be on December 8. Jaye, along with Charles J.
