Jessica B. Bell

Jessica Bell is an associate in the Houston office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2023 and practices with the probate, trust, and guardianship litigation and administration group. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jerry W. Simoneaux of Harris County Probate Court No. 1.

While in law school, Jessica served as Editor of the Construction Law Journal and as Assistant Articles Editor of the South Texas Law Review. She was a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Society and Women’s Law Society. Jessica also received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Contracts II, First Amendment, and Contract Building Blocks.

Jessica is a Certified Mediator.
