Haley advises clients on compliance, risk management, and emerging technology issues, providing practical solutions that safeguard sensitive information, reduce regulatory risk, and ensure compliance. She also has experience in mass tort and business litigation, including breach of contract, pre-judgment recovery negotiations, post-judgment collections, solvency strategy, and advisory services for local businesses. Haley has led large-scale scientific compliance and causation investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data analytics and industry insight to translate technical findings into actionable legal strategies.

Haley earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022, her M.A. in Linguistics from Tulane University in 2018, and her B.A. in Linguistics, cum laude, from Tulane University in 2016.
