Kean Miller is pleased to announce that Chelsea Gomez Caswell, Forrest E. Guedry, Katilyn M. Hollowell, Lauren Guichard Hoskin, Brian J. Lindsey, and Georgia N. Ainsworth have been elected to the partnership effective January 1, 2026.

Based in the firm’s Baton Rouge office, Chelsea takes pride in serving as a counselor and advocate committed to ensuring each client’s goals are met. Her practice includes helping employers navigate complex labor and employment laws, challenging workforce issues, day-to-day disputes, and employment litigation and regulatory proceedings.
Chelsea earned her J.D., cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2013. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from LSU in 2009. She is admitted to practice in Louisiana.
Based in the firm’s Baton Rouge office, Forrest’s clients appreciate his courtroom acumen in complex litigation, his thorough preparation, and creative strategies in court or depositions to protect his clients’ interests. His national practice includes defense of small businesses to Fortune Top 10 companies in commercial disputes, catastrophic industrial accidents, products liability claims, and more.
Forrest earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2015. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012. He is admitted to practice in both Louisiana and Texas.
Based in the firm’s Baton Rouge office, Katie is a focused and persistent advocate helping each client arrive at the right end game. Her practice includes all types of insolvency matters, including general bankruptcy and business reorganizations, loan negotiations, workouts, collateral review, and commercial collections.
Katie earned her J.D./D.C.L., summa cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2017. She earned her B.A. from LSU in 2014. She is admitted to practice in Louisiana.
Based in the firm’s New Orleans office, Lauren is committed and passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of offshore energy and marine litigation. Her practice includes representing Fortune 500 companies and privately held businesses in high-stakes disputes and trials across the Gulf Coast.
Lauren earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2014. She earned her B.A. from Millsaps College in 2010. She is admitted to practice in Louisiana.
Based in the firm’s Lafayette office, Brian has practiced law in the Acadiana region for over a decade. His practice includes a variety of admiralty and maritime issues, including the Jones Act, personal injury defense, property damage, ship collisions and allisions, contract disputes, and defending clients in the courtroom.
Brian earned his J.D./D.C.L., magna cum laude, from the LSU Law Center in 2014. He earned his B.S. from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2004. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana.
Based in the firm’s New Orleans office, Georgia is a litigation attorney with extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation, personal injury defense, landlord-tenant disputes, and civil appeals at all levels of state and federal courts. She delivers strategic, results-driven advocacy with a strong commitment to achieving clients’ objectives efficiently and effectively.
Georgia earned her G.P.L.L.M. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2018 and her J.D. from the Tulane Law School in 2013. She earned her B.A. from Dalhousie University in 2007. She is admitted to practice in both Louisiana and Ontario (Canada).
