A respected maritime defense lawyer, Tim Strickland joins Kean Miller has a partner in Houston. He has decades of experience and has litigated claims in state and federal courts including maritime and general personal injury defense, emergency and incident response, premises liability, international salvage disputes, insurance coverage, energy construction disputes, and complex international business trade issues. Tim has sat for and passed his United Sates Coast Guard O.U.P.V. test to obtain a USCG Captain’s license. Tim earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1991, and he earned his B.S. from Texas Tech University in 1988. Tim is an officer in Coastal Conservation Association Texas.
