Oil & Gas Associate - Houston or The Woodlands

Kean Miller is seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Attorney to join its office in either downtown Houston or The Woodlands.  The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in upstream energy, including title examination, due diligence, and negotiation and drafting of relevant contracts.  The ideal candidate will work collaboratively and be a key member of the Oil and Gas team. We are seeking exceptional analytical and writing skills, and a positive team-oriented attitude. 

Position requirements:
JD with a strong academic record
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Experience examining title and drafting title opinions
Embraces teamwork and values collaboration while exhibiting confidence and diplomacy
Excellent organizational and planning skills
