Rachael F. Gaudet

Senior Counsel

Rachael Gaudet is senior counsel in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. She joined the firm in 2021 and practices with the business and corporate, real estate, and commercial litigation groups. Rachael has experience in litigation, real estate, leasing and property disputes, as well as defending claims for maritime personal injury and workers' compensation claims, maritime collision, and property damage.

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

Rachael earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2014. While in law school, Rachael served as the Casenote/Comment Editor for the Loyola Journal of Public Law Interest Law.
