Randy Young, Gordon Polozola, Jessica Engler, and Jeff Boudreaux, Featured Faculty at LSU Law Apprenticeship Week

Kean Miller partners and LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center graduates Randy Young, Gordon D. Polozola, Jessica C. Engler, and Jeff N. Boudreaux will be featured faculty members at the LSU Law Apprenticeship Week program held January 3-7. During this week, attorneys and judges teach upper-class students in small enrollment, hands-on mini-courses. Randy and Gordon will teach the Energy Regulatory Law course, exposing students to the various segments of public utility regulation and ratemaking before the Louisiana Public Service Commission. Jessica, a Certified Information Privacy Professional, will teach the Privacy & Data Security Law course, exploring the legal and policy principles surrounding the use and disclosure of personal information. Jeff, along with Phelps Dunbar partner Kelsey Kornick Funes, will teach the Construction Law course, examining the laws, regulations, and requirements in the construction industry.
