Relief Secretary - Baton Rouge

Kean Miller has an opening for a relief secretary in our Baton Rouge office.

This position performs a broad range of secretarial, administrative and clerical support to the firm, across all practice areas. Your days will be varied and will consist of long and short term assignments. Some of responsibilities include: Preparing and editing documents and correspondence, dictation, making travel arrangements, entering billers time, organizing meetings, relief reception, assisting in file management both electronic and hard copy, opening files, closing files, and assisting with conflict checks.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience, ideally in litigation and transactional areas. Must be adaptable, professional, possess a “can do” attitude, reliable, driven, organized, and detail orientated. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. This position is full-time and permanent. Top pay and full paid benefits package included.
