Social Media Marketing Intern – Baton Rouge

With more than 200 attorneys from offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Shreveport, Lake Charles, Lafayette, Houston and The Woodlands, Kean Miller serves the legal needs of the people, businesses, and industries that drive the regional economy.

Kean Miller is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and help us enhance our online presence.

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Team on a wide variety of professional services and marketing initiatives.  

Some specific responsibilities will include:
• Create and curate social media content, draft language, and potentially produce video content
• Assist with photo/video content
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, feedback, and mentions
• Track social media engagement and analyze social media performance metrics
• Support the team in brainstorming and implementing new social media marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing or Marketing Analytics

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Creative content developer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Position:
Paid Internship working 15 hours per week
