Louisiana native, Amanda Bourgeois, represents all types of businesses on the full range of transactional matters. She has successfully negotiated, documented, and closed asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, stock and membership interest redemptions, consortium and joint venture agreements, and industrial and construction procurement, purchase, and service contracts.
