Brian Albert practices in the business, corporate, and real estate groups. Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a partner in a private practice law firm in The Woodlands and also served as in-house counsel and clerk to Fortune 500 companies across several industries. He often utilizes his in-house experience when representing clients, providing sound legal and corporate advice. He has experience in a wide range of transactions, including the representation of strategic investors, private equity groups, private and public corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity securities, purchases and sales of assets, financing related transactions, and other commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts for various matters. Brian is particularly active in the commercial real estate development and energy sectors.
