Chelsea Ogan represents clients in a variety of high-stakes, complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, with experience spanning energy industry enforcement actions, incident and crisis response, securities litigation, and personal injury and property damage claims.

Chelsea advises clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-litigation claim assessment and discovery to motion practice and trial preparation.

Prior to law school, Chelsea served as a Forensic Genetics Analyst with the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. During her government service, she analyzed DNA evidence from crime scenes and prepared testimony as an expert witness in felony criminal trials.
