Jeremy Gresham is the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all accounting and financial functions, including budgeting, financial and managerial reporting, internal control, employee retirement 401K plan management, financial analysis, and treasury management. Additionally, Jeremy is involved in the Firm’s strategic planning process, alternative fee proposal development, and innovative pricing efforts. He supervises a team of accounting professionals and works closely with key management personnel.

Jeremy is an experienced legal professional with over twenty years of leadership experience in the law firm environment. He has led multiple teams of professionals and attorneys across numerous roles at various-sized law firms nationwide, focusing on scaling successful businesses to meet their strategic goals by identifying areas in need of innovation and transformation with a concentration on making data-driven decisions and translating those decisions into actions that improve firm culture and performance.
