"I’m drawn to casualty and mass tort defense because no two matters are the same, and every case carries consequences for real people and businesses. My goal is to provide clients the thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and steady advocacy they need when the stakes are high."
John Witherington practices in the firm’s casualty and mass tort litigation group, where he helps clients navigate high-stakes disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, John served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable John W. deGravelles of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and as an assistant to Judge Guy Holdridge, Director of the Louisiana State Law Institute.
