Mike Lemoine practices in the offshore energy and marine litigation group. Mike has more than 40 years of experience in the areas of maritime, oilfield operations, insurance coverage, and product liability litigation. He has extensive practice and trial experience in state and federal courts in both Louisiana and Texas. Mike routinely represents clients in multi-party complex litigation involving personal injury and property damage related to oil and gas production and exploration activity on land, sea, and structures on the outer continental shelf, explosions, allisions, contractual and insurance disputes, construction defects, products liability, and general commercial liability matters. He has considerable experience with state and federal appellate litigation.
Mike also has extensive experience and success in subrogation litigation, as well as bad faith litigation. He speaks at and conducts client and continuing education seminars on a variety of topics.
