Olivia Boone practices with the e-discovery and energy and environmental litigation groups. She has experience in complex civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud allegations, and other commercial issues. With extensive knowledge of the rules and procedures for negotiating and developing discovery plans, Olivia is well-equipped to navigate complex litigation processes both in federal and state courts. Olivia dedicates ample time to understand each client’s unique situation, ensuring that their needs are met with thoughtful attention while aligning with their best interests.
Recently, Olivia began reviewing and organizing large volumes of data, such as project documents, contracts, and correspondence, to identify key evidence for disputes or regulatory compliance in construction-related cases.
