Randee Iles focuses her practice on energy and environmental litigation, representing clients in complex disputes across the oil and gas sector. She advises businesses on a wide range of matters, including land loss litigation, and supports clients through every phase of the litigation process, from early case assessment through resolution. Randee works closely with clients to develop practical, strategic solutions that align with their operational and business goals.

As an energy litigator, Randee has experience handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and assisting in settlement negotiations. She is known for her thorough, detail-oriented approach and her ability to translate complex legal and factual issues into clear, actionable strategies for her clients.

Randee’s background in journalism enhances her legal practice, equipping her with strong writing, research, and communication skills that she leverages to deliver high-quality work product. Before entering private practice, Randee gained valuable experience in both legislative and government settings. She served as a Student Intern for the Louisiana State House of Representatives and as an Extern for the Louisiana Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, where she developed insight into regulatory and governmental processes impacting the energy industry. During law school, she also served as a Rule XX Student Attorney for the LSU Law Center’s Parole and Re-entry Clinic and as a Research Assistant to Professor Joseph T. Bockrath, further strengthening her legal research and advocacy skills.
