Sam Gillaspie practices in the Casualty & Mass Tort Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Offshore Energy & Marine Litigation Groups in the Kean Miller Houston office.
Sam has experience representing clients in a wide range of civil areas including drafting and analyzing contracts, as well as developing and managing commercial, construction, oil and gas, energy, and personal injury cases. He has extensive experience in the litigation process, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and mediation.
Before earning his law degree, Sam gained valuable firsthand knowledge of the oil and gas industry through his work in completion pipe sales across South Texas and South Louisiana.
