Will Wood concentrates his practice on offshore energy and marine litigation, bringing a strong foundation in federal court practice and trial advocacy to the representation of clients in complex maritime disputes.
Before joining Kean Miller, Will served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Susie Morgan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, where he gained valuable insight into federal litigation procedure and judicial decision-making. He also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney with the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office through LSU Law Center’s Prosecution Clinic, where he was sworn in as a student attorney and tried a felony bench trial. This experience further sharpened Will’s courtroom skills and deepened his understanding of trial advocacy from multiple perspectives.
