Zach Mathis focuses his practice on civil litigation. Zach has handled litigation involving a variety of matters, including breach of contract, negligence and gross negligence, fraudulent inducement, and breach of fiduciary duties. He also handles matters in a wide range of cases pertaining to such topics as landlord-tenant disputes, trespass to chattel, homeowners’ associations, DTPA actions, and foreclosure.
Zach has previously worked as an associate attorney at Seiler Rapp & Guerra PLLC. During law school, Zach served as a law clerk for the Legal Aid of Northwest Texas.
