TC Turner is a partner in the Houston office of Kean Miller. His energy and natural resource practice involves transactional, land title, operational, and regulatory matters. He is routinely involved in the full life cycle of a prospect, from initial due diligence and acquisition, to title examination, curative, operations advisement, and final divestiture. TC's clients include large oil and gas producers, environmental service companies, mineral and royalty buyers, midstream companies, and renewable energy companies. If it involves complex real property issues, TC is involved.

TC routinely negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, as well as industry standard contracts such as operating agreements, surface use agreements, farm in/out agreements, salt water disposal well agreements, etc. He has rendered countless title opinions covering state, federal, and fee lands in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. He also counsels his clients on regulatory and operational matters involving the Texas Railroad Commission, the Louisiana Office of Conservation, the New Mexico State Land Office, and the Federal Bureau of Land Management. TC's litigation practice involves title disputes, the proper construction of deeds and contracts, and suits for unpaid/underpaid royalties.
